1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Enrollment Requirements

• Students must be at least 13 years old to enroll in our courses
• Valid identification and contact information are required
• Payment of course fees must be completed before course commencement
• Students must agree to abide by our code of conduct

3.2 Registration Process

• Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
• Submit required documents and photographs
• Pay the applicable course fees
• Attend orientation session (if required)
• Receive course materials and access credentials

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fee Structure

• Course fees are as published and may be subject to change
• Fees must be paid in full before course commencement
• Installment plans may be available for certain courses
• Additional fees may apply for materials, certifications, or special services

4.2 Payment Methods

• Cash payments at our center
• Bank transfers and online payments
• Cheque payments (subject to clearance)
• Digital payment platforms

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if course hasn't started
• Partial refund (50%) within 14 days of course commencement
• No refund after 14 days of course commencement
• Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days
• Administrative fees may be deducted from refunds

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain appropriate behavior in the classroom
• Follow safety guidelines and computer lab rules
• Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Take care of equipment and facilities

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access to computer systems
• Downloading or installing unauthorized software
• Sharing login credentials with others
• Engaging in disruptive behavior
• Using mobile phones during class (unless permitted)
• Bringing food or drinks to computer labs

6. Academic Policies

6.1 Attendance Requirements

• Minimum 75% attendance required for certification
• Absences must be communicated in advance when possible
• Make-up classes may be available for valid reasons
• Excessive absences may result in course termination

6.2 Assessment and Certification

• Regular assessments and evaluations are conducted
• Minimum 60% marks required for certification
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion
• Re-examination may be available for failed assessments

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights belong to SK Infotech:

• Course materials and curriculum
• Software and learning platforms
• Website content and design
• Brand names and logos
• Student projects and assignments (joint ownership)

Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our materials without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

SK Infotech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or personal information
• Interruption of services due to technical issues
• Student performance or employment outcomes
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Student

Students may terminate enrollment by:

• Providing written notice to the administration
• Completing the withdrawal process
• Returning any borrowed materials or equipment
• Settling any outstanding fees or obligations

11.2 Termination by SK Infotech

We may terminate enrollment for:

• Violation of code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Excessive absences
• Disruptive behavior
• Academic dishonesty

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation
3. Legal proceedings may be initiated only after mediation attempts
4. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Telangana, India

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
